Why don't you offer meal plans?

One of my core values as your coach is education, I want to ensure every client I work with not only achieves what they came to me to do, but also maintains whatever physique they want for years to come.

By providing meal plans I limit your exposure to the information that will allow you to not only learn how to change your body composition, but also how to incorporate the foods you love in your diet and enjoy a balanced happy life.

*Disclaimer* For clients who need a meal plan due to specific health reasons, we will work alongside your accredited practicing dietitian, as these are the only health professionals qualified to provide specific meal plans for health conditions.

How is the training delivered and programmed?

Training program are tailored to your goals and training history, and periodized with your end goal in mind. Typically these 12, 16 or 20 week program will be broken down in 3-4 week phases and all delivered using my interactive coaching app.

This app allows you to view and record your workout including the weights you lift, how difficult you found it and any comments you have for me.

I have full visibility across your workouts, steps & Nutrition (Thanks to 3rd party application syncing with MFP, Fitbit, Garmin,  Apple-health), to ensure you're making the progress you set out to achieve and next level accountability. I see more than your previous coach.

How do I get started?

Step 1. Pre-screening / Initial Questionnaire

Step 2. 45 Minute Initial Consult call - This allows us to dive deeper into your history and personal goals and also means you can get to know me.

Step 3. Invited to sign up to our app & invoice is sent for your first 2 week deposit. I create your individualized calorie/macros & training program based on our call & questionnaire.

Step 4. Training & Coaching Commences.

How are the weekly check-ins conducted?

This will vary based on the package you choose, however, all check-ins are done on Thursdays to allow time to make amendments to your program & nutrition in time for the weekend. This allows you time to make any changes to your food or schedule ready to kick-ass come Monday.

I conduct check-ins via my app's instant messenger or via video call & use a combination of progress photos, weight data, tape measurements, calipers & biofeedback questionnaires.

This allows me time to ensure I make optimal changes to your program & mitigate as best as possible, negative metabolic adaptations that come with dieting.

I also take this time to provide you with education on why measurements may fluctuate due to cycle, diet, stress, sleep etc. and I establish your lifestyle and personal goals for each week.

What if I'm not satisfied after starting?

We understand that relationships don't always work out, that's why I consider the first 2 weeks a "trial period".

If you decide within the first 2 weeks that we aren't the coaches for you, then we say our goodbyes there, with no hidden fees.

If you decide to cancel after the 2 week trial period and before the end of your agreed program then there is a cancellation fee of $150CAD.

I want to encourage our clients to see their journey to the end.

How often does my training program change?

To make the most of any training program our bodies need time to adapt to the stimulus before I make any further changes, if we are training to increase our strength, unfortunately we aren't going to see much of a result in just 1 week. With this in mind, most training is organized into 3-4 week phases. We use a combination of your training data and biofeedback to ensure you are getting the most out of each phase. If the training is too much or too little then it may change sooner than the expected time. 

What is the minimum commitment duration?

After an initial 2 week cooling off period, all of our coaching plans have an initial 12 week commitment period, after which coaching plans go on to a rolling weekly plan. This provides the extra accountability to commit to the initial change, but we understand life can change in an instant so if you can no longer work with us, you can cancel your plan for 100CAD.
